Sceneway Garden

Sceneway Garden is a residential complex with 17 blocks rising 31 to 34 floors, built directly above the Lam Tin MTR station and an integrated shopping center. The towers form a cohesive development anchored to this transportation hub.

The site was once a Shell oil depot that Cheung Kong Holdings acquired in the late 1980s and redeveloped into this residential project. Construction finished in 1992, transforming an industrial site into a modern housing complex.
