Kai Tin Towers is a private residential estate at 51-67C Kai Tin Road in Lam Tin, comprising two 32-storey blocks arranged eight units per floor, for a total of 502 flats. Completed in 1979, it was designed by architect Woo Ying-cheung of Hopewell Holdings, and its white-and-green exterior follows the firm's usual palette. The residential floors begin on the second floor above a podium shopping arcade, so the top floor is numbered 33.

This complex was built in 1979 during a major building boom in Hong Kong when demand for housing increased significantly. It represents one of the substantial residential developments that shaped the growth of the Kowloon peninsula during that decade.

The name "Kai Tin" was used here 18 years before the neighbouring Kai Tin Shopping Centre adopted it, and the estate was the first private housing development completed in Lam Tin. Its base mall once housed the Kam Shing cinema, and the residential floors begin on the 2nd floor, so the top floor is numbered 33.

The complex sits within walking distance of Lam Tin MTR station, making public transportation access straightforward. Several bus stops nearby connect this location to other areas of Kowloon and the wider territory.

The podium mall once housed the Kam Shing Cinema, a neighbourhood theatre remembered by older Lam Tin residents. The name Kai Tin was in use here 18 years before the neighbouring Kai Tin Shopping Centre adopted it. The top 33rd floor is set back, creating four units of over 1,000 sq ft.
