The Second Wanzhou Yangtze River Bridge is a suspension bridge with a 580-metre main span, part of a 1,153.86-metre crossing of the Yangtze in Wanzhou District, Chongqing. Its deck is 20.5 metres wide and carries four traffic lanes at a design speed of 60 km/h. The main bridge is arranged as a 289 + 580 + 289 metre span sequence, linking Pipa Ping East Road and Xingfu Road on the north bank with Nanshan Temple in the Jiangnan New Area on the south.

This bridge was built between 2001 and 2004 and represented an important step forward in transport connections across the Yangtze for the Chongqing region. The project significantly improved how people and goods could move across the river.

The bridge is named after its position on the lower reach of the Yangtze in Wanzhou's main urban area, at the Juyutuo stretch. Its northern end meets Pibaping East Road and Xingfu Road, and its southern end links to Nanshansi in the Jiangnan New Area, serving internal traffic in Wanzhou, the largest resettlement city of the Three Gorges Project.

The bridge provides a stable driving surface for vehicles crossing the river. Its high clearance allows large cargo ships to pass underneath without obstruction.

The bridge deck rises high enough above the Yangtze River to allow large cargo vessels to pass underneath throughout the year.
