The Grandiose, Residential housing estate in Tseung Kwan O, New Territories, Hong Kong.

The Grandiose is a private housing estate at 9 Tong Chun Street, Tseung Kwan O, above the MTR Tseung Kwan O station. It has three flat-roofed towers on a shared podium: the two broadest are clad in tan and beige panels with brown vertical bands and tight columns of windows and recessed balconies, while a taller, narrower grey-and-white tower stands to the right. It was designed by Dennis Lau & Ng Chun Man Architects & Engineers and built by Hip Hing Construction.

The Grandiose was developed by MTR Corporation together with New World Development and the Singapore-based Kheng Leong Co. (Pte.) Ltd., and completed in 2006. Hip Hing Construction built the three towers, which were designed by Dennis Lau & Ng Chun Man Architects & Engineers. Its base opened in October 2006 as The Edge mall, renamed PopCorn 2 in June 2013.

The complex shows Hong Kong's approach to limited space through vertical construction. The towers shape the neighborhood and allow thousands of residents to live closely together in the same area.

The location in Sai Kung offers good connection to nearby shopping centers and public transportation. Keep in mind this is a residential area where most spaces are private to residents.

The estate's base was originally a mall called The Edge, renamed PopCorn 2 on 22 June 2013. It covers 180,000 sq ft with over 60 shops, opened in October 2006 and is managed by MTR Corporation; from 2012 it was merged with the PopCorn mall at The Wings and refurbished.
