緻藍天, Residential complex in Tseung Kwan O, Hong Kong

Hemera (緻藍天) is a private housing estate in Lohas Park, Tseung Kwan O, Hong Kong, comprising four towers numbered 1, 2, 3 and 5, each 52 to 58 storeys high and split into left and right wings with separate lift lobbies. The towers share a grey concrete podium and have facades of densely repeated small windows and balconies in grey and green-teal tones. It provides 1,648 three- and four-bedroom units, and the entrance lobby is 38 metres tall.

Hemera is the third phase of Lohas Park, developed jointly by Cheung Kong, Nan Fung Group and MTR Corporation. It was the last residential project above a station granted by the MTR Corporation before the 2007 rail merger. Designed by Ma Leung Architects, it was completed and occupied in late December 2015, with 1,648 units sold out in two weeks in April 2015.

The clubhouse is named Club Opera after an Italian opera house and covers 63,000 sq ft over three floors, with 59 facilities including a heated indoor pool and a 38-metre-high lobby in European palace style. It opened in stages, the indoor pool only on 11 November 2016.

Hemera sits directly above MTR LOHAS Park Station, the closest of Sunrise City's first four phases to the station. Each tower has two wings with separate lift lobbies and six Toshiba lifts, one serving the car park and loading bay. The entrance lobby reaches 38 metres high, and 40,000 square feet of landscaped garden surround the podium.

The English name Hemera comes from the Ancient Greek word for day, ἡμέρα, matching the Chinese name of Sunrise City; it was the first residential project by Cheung Kong, Nan Fung and MTR to take a Greek name. Each of the four towers also has its own English gemstone name: Diamond, Emerald, Amber and Topaz.
