緻藍天, Residential complex in Tseung Kwan O, Hong Kong
Zhilan Tian is a residential complex in Tseung Kwan O featuring four towers between 52 and 58 stories housing approximately 1,600 units with three and four bedrooms. The buildings overlook Tseung Kwan O Bay and sit directly above the Lohas Park MTR station.
The complex was built on reclaimed land and completed in 2015, representing significant housing expansion in the New Territories East region. The project formed part of the broader Lohas Park district development.
The residential clubhouse, Club Opera, features European palace design elements across its recreational and social spaces, serving as the main gathering point for residents.
Access is direct through Lohas Park MTR station, making arrival straightforward for visitors and residents. Shopping and dining options are within easy walking distance of the towers.
The name Zhilan Tian derives from the Greek goddess Hemera, representing daylight. This reflects the intentional positioning of the complex as a luminous anchor within the developing Lohas Park district.
