Tseung Kwan O Waterfront Park is a 1.6 km esplanade linking Tseung Kwan O town centre to Tiu Keng Leng, with a brick-paved walkway, a cycling path, and two curved metal canopies with brown slatted roofs on cylindrical posts. Square wooden planters and tall round-topped lamps line the route, and a railing overlooks the water. The park entrance is about a 10-minute walk from MTR Tseung Kwan O Station exit A2 via Tong Chun Street.

The park opened in 2013 as part of Hong Kong's effort to develop public recreational spaces in new residential neighborhoods. Its creation was tied to the rapid expansion of the Tseung Kwan O area during that period of urban growth.

The park's 648-square-metre pet park and its promenade are used for running and fishing; at the Tseung Kwan O South landing steps on the southeast side, boats can come alongside and people fish there. The 140-metre North Bridge links the southern town centre with the Tseung Kwan O South promenade, with two viewing platforms at each end beneath it for watching the water and fishing.

The 1.6 km promenade links Tseung Kwan O town centre with Tiu Keng Leng, with cycle track entrances at Tong Yin Street, Tong Chun Street and Chi Shin Street. From MTR Tseung Kwan O Station exit A2, turn right along Tong Chun Street past Evangel College; the walk takes about 10 minutes. A 140-metre footbridge, the North Bridge, has a lift on its west side and a ramp down to the park on the east.

The park's 140-metre North Bridge, near the northern end of the Tseung Kwan O East Channel, carries pedestrians and cyclists between the southern town centre and the Tseung Kwan O South promenade.
