Tong Ming Street Park, Urban park in Tseung Kwan O, Hong Kong

Tong Ming Street Park is an urban green space in Tseung Kwan O featuring multiple landscaped garden areas and walking routes. The site includes exercise equipment designed to suit different ages and fitness levels.

Tong Ming Street Park was built by MTR Corporation and Sun Hung Kai Properties as part of the Tseung Kwan O development known as The Wings, and has been managed by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department. Construction began in mid-2011 and was completed by the end of 2012; the park opened on 22 March 2013. A planned footbridge linking TKO Spot and the PopCorn plaza was approved for design in 2012, began construction in late 2016 and opened in October 2019.

The park is built as part of the Tseung Kwan O development above Tin Shui Wai's MTR-linked estate, and its name comes from Tong Ming Street, the road it faces. The first phase is a landscaped garden with a 195-metre ramp leading up to PopCorn's performance plaza, while the second phase holds a children's playground and toilets next to the Tong Ming Street Rest Garden. Nearby are Sheung Tak Estate, TKO Spot and the joint student hostel.

You can enter the park from multiple points connected to nearby streets and the PopCorn shopping mall. The location makes it easy to visit while shopping or exploring the surrounding area.

The footbridge linking the park to TKO Spot and the PopCorn plaza was first promised by the Highways Department in June 2012, but work only began in late 2016 and the bridge opened in October 2019, more than six years after the park itself.
