VISTA

VISTA is a 35-story residential tower containing 173 apartments in various configurations, ranging from one-bedroom to four-bedroom units. The building provides amenities including a swimming pool and parking spaces for residents.

The building was completed in 2009 through a partnership between Sino Land and the Urban Renewal Authority aimed at modernizing the Sham Shui Po district. This project represented broader efforts to revitalize aging neighborhoods across Hong Kong.
