Victoria Dockside

Victoria Dockside is a major mixed-use complex along the Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront containing office space, residential units, and retail shops. The development also houses a luxury hotel, an art museum, restaurants, and recreational facilities for visitors.

The site began in 1910 as a working harbor and developed over decades as a shipping and storage area. In 2017, the entire location was redeveloped into the modern complex it is today.

K11 Musea within this complex blends retail spaces with permanent art collections across multiple floors. Visitors encounter rotating exhibitions and art-related events throughout the development.

The complex connects directly to East Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station for easy access. Visitors will find restaurants, fitness centers, swimming facilities, and various shopping options all in one location.

A luxury hotel with more than 400 rooms and high-end residences form the centerpiece of this project. These premium components make it a destination for discerning visitors and residents.
