Victoria Dockside is a major mixed-use complex along the Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront containing office space, residential units, and retail shops. The development also houses a luxury hotel, an art museum, restaurants, and recreational facilities for visitors.
The site opened in 1910 as Holt's Wharf, a railway hub and major port. New World Development bought it in 1971 and built the New World Centre, completed in 1982. Demolition began in 2010, and the Victoria Dockside redevelopment, led by Adrian Cheng, opened in stages between 2018 and 2019 at a cost of US$2.6 billion.
K11 Musea within this complex blends retail spaces with permanent art collections across multiple floors. Visitors encounter rotating exhibitions and art-related events throughout the development.
The complex connects directly to East Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station for easy access. Visitors will find restaurants, fitness centers, swimming facilities, and various shopping options all in one location.
The site was originally Holt's Wharf, a railway and port hub from 1910; the name Dockside refers to this former wharf, while Victoria refers to Victoria Harbour. The tower's transformer room sits inside its core, the only Hong Kong skyscraper arranged this way.
