Sheung Chui Court is a residential complex in Tsuen Wan comprising three apartment towers of varying heights. The development contains approximately 1,000 housing units with floor plans ranging from 40 to 47 square meters (430 to 505 sq ft).
The site was developed on the location of the former Tai Wo Hau Factory Estate, which was demolished in 2010. This transformation marked a shift from industrial to residential use in the area.
The residential complex includes dedicated facilities for elderly care services, addressing the needs of senior residents within the Tsuen Wan community.
The complex has good connections to public transportation in Tsuen Wan. The surrounding area is walkable with local shops and dining options nearby for residents and visitors.
