High Park Grand, Residential development in Prince Edward, Hong Kong
High Park Grand is a residential tower in Prince Edward with 29 floors housing 41 apartments across various configurations. The building features expansive windows offering views toward nearby athletic fields and the surrounding Mong Kok area.
This project was completed by Hang Lung Properties in 2015 as part of their H Collection series, introducing modern residential spaces to Prince Edward. The development emerged during a period of growing demand for contemporary housing solutions in urban Hong Kong.
The development integrates contemporary Hong Kong residential preferences with spacious three and four-bedroom configurations, balconies, and private lift lobbies.
The complex is located just minutes from Prince Edward MTR station, making it easily accessible by public transportation. Visitors can enjoy the on-site clubhouse facilities including a swimming pool, fitness center, and barbecue areas.
