Ke Yuan, Classical Chinese garden in Suzhou, China.
The garden features numerous pavilions surrounding a central lotus pond, with traditional landscaping elements including rock formations and winding pathways.
Ke Yuan was constructed during the late Qing Dynasty in the 19th century and later housed the Suzhou Library from 1914 onwards.
The garden demonstrates the principles of Chinese landscape design through its careful arrangement of buildings, water features, and natural elements.
Entry tickets cost 40 yuan during peak season and 30 yuan during off-season, with combination tickets available for the Blue Wave Pavilion.
Located at 708 Renmin Lu, this garden sits directly opposite the Blue Wave Pavilion and underwent a complete restoration before reopening to visitors in 2014.
