Feuerbacher Heide

Feuerbacher Heide is a public park in northern Stuttgart featuring open meadows and an allotment garden section. The grounds include walking paths and areas for sitting, spreading across several hectares of green space.

The area was formerly known as Frauenberger Heide and became the subject of boundary disputes in the 15th century. The land served for centuries as grazing ground and farmland for local communities.

The name comes from the nearby district of Feuerbach in north Stuttgart. Visitors see sheep grazing on the meadows during certain seasons, keeping alive a traditional way of caring for the landscape.

The park is easily reached by public transportation and has walking paths that are straightforward to navigate. Shops and services are located nearby for visitor convenience.

A tower at the highest point offers views across Stuttgart and serves as a long-standing viewing destination. Visitors have come here for generations to see the city panorama.
