Villa Roser

Villa Roser is a private residence featuring a cubic form with brick walls finished in plaster and topped by a pitched hipped roof with distinctive tiled roofing. The structure displays clear geometric lines and sits in a quiet residential neighborhood.

The residence was designed between 1925 and 1926 for the Roser family, who operated a leather manufacturing business in the Feuerbach area. A major restoration took place in 1986, after which the property passed to a Catholic community.

The building shows the design principles of its era, where order and craftsmanship defined how wealthy families lived. The layout and details reflect values that shaped residential life during the Weimar period.
