Villa Roser, Private residence in Killesberg district, Stuttgart, Germany

The Villa Roser features a cube-shaped structure with brick walls covered in slurry plaster and a high hipped roof lined with beaver tail tiles.

Paul Schmitthenner designed this residence between 1925 and 1926 for the Roser family, who operated a leather manufacturing business in Feuerbach.

The building represents the Stuttgart School architectural movement, characterizing conservative upper-middle-class residential design in the Weimar period.

The property, located at Feuerbacher Weg 51, underwent complete restoration in 1986 and now belongs to Stuttgart's Catholic church community.

The villa's axially symmetric floor plan and facade follow a structured grid pattern, establishing standards for German residential architecture of its time.
