Thalia Theater

The Thalia Theater is a performance venue in Halle and part of the Theater, Oper und Orchester GmbH Halle complex. The space showcases a diverse repertoire ranging from classical drama to modern productions.

The venue originated in 1952 as Theater der jungen Garde and received its current name in 1990 after the fall of the Berlin Wall. This renaming marked a fresh start following German reunification.
