Hotel Lindequist, White villa in Sellin, Germany

Hotel Lindequist is a villa on a wooded hill above the Baltic Sea coast in Sellin, on Rügen. The plain Landhaus-style building, erected around 1906, has dark horizontal wooden cladding on its upper part, a shingled gable and shuttered windows. A winter garden added at the south corner serves as the dining room, and a hotel stair leads down to the beach.

The villa was built in 1906 as a private holiday home for the von Lindequist family. Its architecture reflects the style of German Baltic coastal resorts from that era.
