Accountor Tower, Office building in Keilaniemi, Finland
The Accountor Tower is an office building in Keilaniemi with 20 floors above ground and 2 underground levels rising over Espoo's business district. The structure provides approximately 11,000 square meters of office space designed for multiple companies and their workstations.
The building was constructed in 1976 as Neste Tower and remained Finland's tallest office building for over four decades. It later changed ownership multiple times and eventually took the name of its current operator.
The tower reflects the evolution of Finnish corporate architecture, housing multiple major companies throughout its existence including Fortum and currently Accountor.
The building is easily reached from the nearby Keilaniemi train station and has extensive parking available in the surrounding area. Access to the grounds is open during daytime hours, and the lobby provides a good view of contemporary corporate architecture.
The structure was originally designed with executive offices meant to overlook multiple oil refineries, though the distance makes this only partially achievable. This architectural detail reflects the region's industrial past.
