Sky Office Tower, Office tower in Zagreb, Croatia
Sky Office Tower is an office building in Zagreb comprising two interconnected glass towers. The structure contains 22 floors above ground with basement levels dedicated to parking and storage facilities.
Construction began in 2007 and was adapted during the 2009 financial crisis before completion in 2012. The project reflects Zagreb's economic development during this period.
The building design by architect Ante Anin incorporates elliptical shapes and glass elements that reflect modern Croatian business architecture.
The building offers office spaces in various sizes with ample parking availability and multiple elevators for easy access. Heated entry and exit ramps ensure year-round accessibility to the underground levels.
The two glass towers are connected by bridges, creating an unusual architectural form for Zagreb. This allows direct connection between the building sections across multiple levels.
