Sky Office Tower

The Sky Office Tower features two glass towers connected by bridges, reaching a height of 80 meters with 22 floors above ground level.

Construction of the Sky Office Tower began in 2007 and underwent modifications during the 2009 financial crisis before completion in 2012.

The building design by architect Ante Anin incorporates elliptical shapes and glass elements that reflect modern Croatian business architecture.

The complex offers various office spaces from 50 to 600 square meters, supported by 706 parking spots and eight elevators for efficient circulation.

Two heated entry-exit ramps prevent freezing in winter, providing continuous access to the four underground levels of parking and storage areas.
