Railway bridge over the Tisza river near Algyő

This iron truss structure spans approximately 470 meters across the Tisza river and connects different sections of the Szeged-Békéscsaba railway line in eastern Hungary. The construction accommodates both traditional train traffic and modern tram-train connections over the river.

Construction was completed and opened to traffic in 1960, establishing a permanent crossing over the Tisza river near Algyő. In recent decades, the bridge underwent modernization to meet the demands of the expanded railway and tram system.
