Lamberg Mansion in Mór, Baroque mansion in Mór, Hungary.
Lamberg Mansion is a Baroque country house in Mór featuring arched corridors that connect the main building to side wings. These corridors enclose a courtyard, creating a unified structure from the 18th century.
The mansion was built between 1762 and 1766 under architect Jakab Fellner's direction. Earthquakes in 1763 and 1810 caused damage that required reconstruction of parts of the building.
The mansion serves as a cultural center with a library and exhibition spaces. Visitors can also explore a German heritage house that displays how the town's historical residents lived.
The mansion is located about two kilometers from the railway station but is easily reached on foot from nearby bus stops. Free parking is available and pets are welcome.
Throughout its history the building served very different purposes, from a summer residence to social housing, an elderly care facility, and even a kindergarten. These varied uses continued until 1978.
