Hassidei Karlin Synagogue

Hassidei Karlin Synagogue is a Jewish prayer house in Tiberias featuring architectural details typical of 19th-century religious buildings in northern Israel. The interior contains traditional prayer spaces and religious furnishings arranged according to Jewish custom and practice.

The synagogue was founded in 1786 by Menachem Mendel of Vitebsk and established a direct link with the Karlin Hasidic movement. It was badly damaged in the 1837 earthquake that struck the Galilee region and had to be reconstructed.
