The Adgar 360 building extends to a height of 35 floors, featuring glass facades and sleek contours in the business district of Tel Aviv.
Architect César Pelli designed this modern office complex, which opened in 2015 as part of a three-building development in central Tel Aviv.
The building represents Tel Aviv's evolution into a global business center, integrating international architectural standards with local commercial needs.
The structure provides 64,000 square meters of office space, 1,100 parking spots, and a shuttle service to Hashalom train station.
Each floor plate measures 1,070 square meters and includes advanced mechanical systems operating continuously throughout the building.
