Lodha World One is a residential tower in Lower Parel rising 76 stories and standing more than 900 feet (280 meters) tall among the central neighborhoods of Mumbai. The postmodern facade features vertical lines and large glass panels that run the full height of the structure.
Construction began in 2011 on the former site of Shrinivas Mill after industrial use of the land ended. The tower was completed in 2020 and marked a shift in development patterns across Lower Parel.
The interior spaces of World One feature designs by Giorgio Armani, reflecting contemporary Indian luxury residential preferences through postmodern architecture.
The building sits on a busy road in Lower Parel and is surrounded by neighboring towers and lower structures that define the area. Views from street level show the full height and its place within the changing skyline.
The site covers more than 17 acres and includes additional buildings and open spaces beyond the main tower. At the time of completion, it ranked as the second tallest finished structure in the country.
