Lodha Bellissimo, Residential skyscraper in Mahalaxmi, Mumbai, India

Lodha Bellissimo is a residential complex with twin towers that rise 222 meters high across 53 floors of luxury apartments. The buildings sit prominently in Mahalaxmi and offer elevated vantage points over the surrounding city.

Construction of Lodha Bellissimo began in 2006, with foundation work and podiums rising by early 2007. Wings A and B topped out in November 2010, and Wing C was completed in March 2012, marking full structural completion that year. Final fit-out and commissioning carried into late 2012, and the first occupants moved in shortly thereafter.

The complex's name, Bellissimo, is Italian for "very beautiful", a naming habit of the Lodha Group's luxury projects. Wings A and B topped out in November 2010 and Wing C in March 2012, and the first residents moved in late that year. The three wings are served by four high-speed Mitsubishi lifts each, running at 4 m/s.

The complex sits near Phoenix High Street and Peninsula Corporate Park with direct access to Mahalaxmi Station. From here, reaching Santa Cruz airport takes roughly half an hour.

The roof crown is made of hot-dip galvanized structural steel clad in aluminum composite panels, shaped after sea waves. Each of the three wings is served by four Mitsubishi elevators running at 4 m/s, and sky gardens open every fourth level.
