The ISKCON temple spans four acres with a white marble three-story building featuring a hundred-foot spire and intricate architectural designs throughout the structure.

A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada established the temple in 1972 as part of the International Society for Krishna Consciousness movement to promote Krishna teachings worldwide.

The temple organizes daily prayer ceremonies including Mangala Arati at dawn, Tulsi-Puja, and Sringar darshan, following traditional Hindu worship practices.

Visitors can access the temple from 4:30 AM to 1:00 PM and 4:30 PM to 9:00 PM without entry fees, with the nearest railway station at Andheri.

The temple complex includes Govinda's Restaurant serving organic vegetarian meals, alongside a bakery, library, guesthouse, and multipurpose halls for community activities.
