Arihant Majestic Towers

Arihant Majestic Towers is a residential complex comprising five towers with 310 housing units located in Koyambedu. The development sits on a substantial property and features amenities including a swimming pool, gymnasium, library, and meditation space for residents.

Construction of the residential complex began in January 2001 and was completed in March 2003. The project marked a turning point in the city's residential development during that period.

The 17-floor development represents the evolution of Chennai's residential architecture, marking a shift toward vertical living spaces in the urban landscape.

The complex is located along Inner Ring Road opposite the Chennai Mofussil Bus Terminus, making it easily accessible by public transportation. Residents and visitors can enjoy the on-site recreational and wellness facilities within the complex.

The residential towers temporarily held the record as Chennai's tallest structure, surpassing the LIC Building on Anna Salai before the Hyatt Regency construction.
