Hanuman Vatika, Religious complex with gardens in Rourkela, India
The Hanuman Vatika spans 13 acres and features a 75-feet tall statue of Lord Hanuman surrounded by multiple temples and landscaped gardens.
The religious site was established in 1994 when Chief Minister Biju Patnaik inaugurated the grounds, marking the beginning of a major spiritual center in Odisha.
Multiple shrines within the complex honor various Hindu deities, including Jagannath Temple, Maa Kali, Ganesha, and the twelve Jyotirlingas sanctuaries.
Located next to Rourkela General Hospital on Ring Road, the complex provides facilities for social gatherings, marriages, and religious ceremonies in its Kalyan Mandap.
The Hanuman statue, constructed by Sri Lakshman Swami from Hyderabad, stands as one of the largest representations of the deity in eastern India.
