Milano San Felice

Milano San Felice is a residential complex built in the late 1960s, composed of terrace houses arranged in a modern urban pattern. The development spans across multiple districts and combines dwelling areas with central green spaces and a nearby shopping center.

The project was designed by architects Luigi Caccia Dominioni and Vico Magistretti in the late 1960s and commissioned by developers Anna Bonomi Bolchini and Carlo Bolchini. It represents a vision for expanding residential living beyond Milan's historic center.

The estate emerged during an era when Milanese families moved outward seeking homes with gardens rather than cramped central apartments. Today this pattern still shapes daily life here, with residents using outdoor spaces and shared green areas as natural gathering points.

Access is through a single monitored entrance, and the entire area is overseen by security staff and surveillance cameras. Visitors should know that buildings are partly private and protected walkways connect the shopping center with residential areas.

The estate spans across three different municipalities—Segrate, Pioltello, and Peschiera Borromeo—making it an unusual administrative arrangement. This location near Linate Airport and Idroscalo Lake creates a distinctive setting that shaped its original appeal.
