La Cialma, Mountain summit in Piedmont, Italy

La Cialma is a 2,193 m summit in the Graian Alps, in the municipality of Locana in the Orco Valley. It rises on a ridge that extends from the watershed between the Val Grande di Lanzo and the Orco Valley. Its eastern grassy slope holds several largely ruined alpine pastures, and the summit is marked by a modest stone cairn.

The ski station on La Cialma's eastern slope, served by lifts from the Carrello locality up to about 1,700 m, was abandoned for a long period before being reactivated in 2008, when a moving walkway for children and beginners was also installed. The summit is marked by a modest stone cairn and the IGM geodetic point 041016.

The mountain draws climbers from the surrounding area who practice both summer hiking and winter ski touring as part of local mountain traditions. The landscape supports these activities as a natural meeting point for people interested in alpine pursuits.

Visitors can approach the mountain from different starting points depending on their fitness level and available time for the journey. Proper hiking boots and preparation for mountain conditions are important, especially during colder months or when planning ski touring.

The summit carries a modest cairn of stones and serves as the IGM trigonometric point La Cialma (041016). From it, the view reaches the Piedmont side of Gran Paradiso. The ski lifts from Carrello, idle for a long period, were reactivated in 2008 and now include a moving walkway for children and beginners.
