Memorie Industriali park, Urban park in southern Milan, Italy.
The 46,400-square-meter Memorie Industriali park features walking paths, recreational areas, and industrial elements integrated into the landscape design.
The land previously housed OM Officine Meccaniche manufacturing facilities until 1994, when the Ministry of Public Works initiated an urban recovery program.
Landscape architect Christophe Girot designed the space in 1999, incorporating industrial heritage elements such as an overhead crane into the modern park layout.
The park divides into three sections: Parco della Cultura, Parco ex OM, and Parco della Vettabbia, each offering different recreational opportunities.
The waterway bank within the park provides a habitat for moorhens and mallards, creating an ecological zone in this former industrial setting.
