Torre Eurosky

Torre Eurosky is a mixed-use tower in the southern part of Rome that combines living spaces with retail and office areas. The building rises across 30 floors above ground, with additional basement levels beneath street level.

Construction began in 2010 and finished in 2012, representing a turning point for tall building development in the city. The project marked the first skyscraper to be built in Rome following contemporary standards.

The architectural design by Franco Purini references medieval towers of Rome, incorporating traditional elements into modern vertical construction.

The building sits in the southern part of the city and is reachable by public transportation. Its mixed-use layout makes it accessible to both retail visitors and residential guests.

The building features a rooftop terrace garden on its highest level that provides residents with a private elevated park. This outdoor space offers views across the Roman landscape and creates a quiet retreat above the busy city below.
