The Palazzo Conte Federico stands upon ancient Punic-Roman city walls, featuring a 12th-century Arab-Norman tower and multiple decorated halls with marble staircases.
The Federico family acquired this residence from Olivetan Fathers of Santa Maria della Spasimo in the 17th century, maintaining ownership through generations until present day.
The palace displays numerous artistic elements including ceiling frescoes by Vito D'Anna, antique weapons collections, and traditional Sicilian ceramic crafts throughout its rooms.
Visitors receive personal tours from Count and Countess Federico, who share insights about the palace while offering traditional Sicilian breakfast in the blue room.
The dance gallery contains a piano played by composer Wagner in 1882, now preserved among the original furnishings of this still-inhabited noble residence.
