Teatro comunale di Thiene is a theatre in Thiene designed to hold roughly 480 spectators and built in the Liberty style. The interior displays the refined architectural features characteristic of this decorative movement that flourished across the Veneto region.
Construction began in 1897 for the Società Amici del Teatro, but rising costs and the death of engineer Romano Dal Maso slowed work. Ferruccio Cattaneo completed the building in spring 1905, and the Teatro Sociale was inaugurated on 10 October 1905 with Verdi's Rigoletto, conducted by Antonio Guarnieri. The municipality bought it on 18 March 1914, renaming it Teatro Comunale.
