31 Building, Office skyscraper in Jongno-gu, Seoul, South Korea.
The 31 Building rises 110 meters into the Seoul skyline with 31 floors of functional office spaces and minimalist International Style architecture.
Constructed in 1970 under the direction of architect Kim Chung-up, this structure remained the highest building in Seoul until the completion of Lotte Hotel in 1979.

The structure earned recognition as Seoul Future Heritage, marking its role in the transformation of South Korea's capital during the 20th century.
