Sudoguksan Museum of Housing&Living

The Sudoguksan Museum features two exhibition floors that present daily life scenes from Korean hillside communities through detailed reconstructions and artifacts.

The museum documents the emergence of hillside settlements in the 1950s and 1960s when displaced residents established communities in government-designated areas.

Exhibits include complete reproductions of period barber shops, coal stores, sundries shops, and community water supply stations from the 1960s and 1970s.

Visitors can access the museum from Tuesday through Sunday between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, with admission fees of 1,000 won for adults and 700 won for children.

The museum allows guests to participate in traditional activities such as dice games, coal briquette handling, and trying on historical school uniforms.
