Rohkunborri National Park, National park in Bardu Municipality, Norway.
Rohkunborri National Park encompasses 571 square kilometers of mountains, valleys, lakes, and rivers across northern Norway near the Swedish border.
The Norwegian government established Rohkunborri National Park in 2011 as part of its initiative to protect natural landscapes in Troms county.
The park territory includes areas where Sami people maintain their traditional reindeer herding practices, connecting present activities with ancient customs.
Visitors can access the park through multiple entry points near Setermoen village, with hiking trails leading to viewpoints of the 1,500-meter mountains.
The park contains rare Arctic rhododendrons and serves as a habitat for brown bears, wolverines, lynx, snowy owls, and gyrfalcons.
