Njullá

Njullá is a mountain summit in northern Sweden located near Abisko National Park. From its peak, views stretch across Lake Torneträsk and the surrounding terrain toward the Norwegian border.

The summit served as a navigation landmark for travelers crossing northern Sweden for centuries. This location helped guide people between settlements and regions throughout the year.

Northern Sámi communities have integrated this geographic formation into their traditional patterns of seasonal movement through the mountainous Swedish landscape.
