Shashwat Dham, Hindu temple and religious complex in Devchuli, Nepal.
Shashwat Dham spans twelve acres along the East West Highway in Devchuli, featuring a main temple dedicated to Lord Shiva with Khajuraho-style architecture, intricate stone carvings, and surrounding facilities including a Vedic Gurukul and meditation center.
Officially inaugurated by President Bidya Devi Bhandari on March 7, 2017, this religious complex was constructed by the CG Group after nearly two decades of planning inspired by spiritual leaders Sri Sri Ravi Shankar and Sri Jayendra Saraswati Ji.
The complex serves as a center for preserving Sanatana Dharma traditions, housing sixteen deities alongside the main Shiva shrine, and featuring sacred waters from revered pilgrimage sites like Badrinath, Kedarnath, Muktinath, and Pashupatinath in its ceremonial pond.
Visitors can reach Shashwat Dham via the Mahendra Highway, located approximately twenty-three kilometers from Bharatpur and Narayangarh, with contact information available at +977 078-545008 and info@shashwatdham.org for inquiries and virtual tours.
The complex features a life-size Leela game resembling Snake and Ladder that teaches visitors about life's ups and downs while emphasizing inner self-realization, alongside the Sahastra Saligram collection of one thousand sacred stones representing Lord Krishna.
