The Residences at Greenbelt – San Lorenzo Tower, Residential tower in Makati, Philippines
The San Lorenzo Tower is a residential high-rise in the Greenbelt Residences complex with 57 floors rising 204 meters. The building provides four elevators, three basement parking levels, and a four-level podium housing commercial spaces for residents.
Construction of the San Lorenzo Tower started in 2006 and finished in 2009, reshaping the Makati business district skyline. The project was part of the Greenbelt complex expansion during a period of significant tower development in the city.
The building design incorporated consultations with a Feng Shui expert and features interior spaces created by C.T. Onglao Architects for common areas.
The structure is easily accessible on foot and provides ample parking in the basement levels. The four elevators enable efficient movement of residents and visitors throughout the building.
The tower required specialized wind, environmental, fire, and life safety assessments, with building monitoring conducted by Kinemetrics Inc during construction.
