Washington Sycip Park features indigenous tropical trees, gazebos, benches, sculptures by Filipino artist Impy Pilapil, and a koi pond within its rectangular layout.
The park opened in 2006 through collaboration between Ayala Land, Makati Commercial Estate Association, and the City of Makati to honor banker Washington SyCip.
Stone turtles at both entrances and giant stone urns near the gateway reflect Chinese cultural elements, connecting to SyCip's childhood memories in Shanghai.
The park maintains daily operations from 6:00 to 22:00 PST, implementing a no-smoking and no-pet policy for all visitors.
Benches throughout the park display inspirational quotes from Washington SyCip, creating an educational element within this green urban space.
