Our Lady of the Annunciation Cathedral Parish

Our Lady of the Annunciation Cathedral is a baroque structure in Catarman featuring elaborate carved details and decorative patterns across its exterior surfaces. The building displays characteristic baroque design with ornamental elements integrated throughout its architectural framework.

The original wooden structure from 1596 was built by Jesuits and later reconstructed multiple times, particularly after an uprising in 1649. A typhoon in 1854 caused additional damage that prompted further restoration work.
