Most fordoński w Bydgoszczy, Steel railway and road bridge in Fordon district, Bydgoszcz, Poland.

The steel truss bridge stretches 1001 meters across the Vistula River with fourteen spans supporting both vehicle and train traffic along its structure.

The German Empire commissioned the bridge construction in 1891 for strategic connections between Germany and East Prussia, completing it in November 1893.

The bridge received its name in 2008 after Rudolf Modrzejewski, an engineer who constructed 50 bridges throughout North America.

The structure carries national road 80 and railway line 209, forming a main transportation link between the cities of Bydgoszcz and Toruń.

Upon completion in 1893, this engineering achievement ranked as the longest bridge in Germany and the first structure built using molten steel technology.
