Orava Ethnographic Park Museum in Zubrzyca Górna

The museum spreads across 12 hectares at the foot of Babia Góra mountain, displaying over 60 structures that represent the architectural heritage of Upper Orava.

Founded in 1955 as Poland's first post-war open-air museum, following the donation of the Moniak family manor and its grounds to the State Treasury in the 1930s.

The exhibition includes traditional mountain cottages with wyżka rooms, a church from Tokarnia, workshops, and agricultural buildings that reflect regional construction methods.

The museum requires group visits with a minimum of 10 participants, offering entry tickets at 6 euros for adults and 4 euros for students.

Multiple film productions, including 'Janosik' and 'Ogniem i mieczem', selected this location for filming due to its preserved historical architecture.
