A memorial inside honors local residents who died during World War II, offering the community a place to remember and reflect on their loss.
The park has a geometric layout that is easy to navigate, with clear paths and plenty of benches for sitting. Visitors can walk across the space without difficulty or confusion about which direction to go.
The park is shaped like a diamond with an oval avenue lined by poplars creating a distinctive pattern. This layout becomes especially clear when viewed from above.
