Nikolaus Lenau High School

Nikolaus Lenau High School is a two-story neoclassical building located at 2 Gheorghe Lazăr Street that serves students from primary through high school grades. The institution operates multiple classes at each level with instruction primarily conducted in German.

The building was designed by architect Ioan Reiber in 1879 and has housed a German-language school since then, following the institution's founding in 1870. Before becoming a school, the structure served as a Serbian Town Hall and later as a German theater venue.
