Mamaia Casino is a modernist leisure complex on the Black Sea coast featuring a central pavilion, dining facilities, and side buildings with cabins. The facility comprises several connected structures arranged to create a comprehensive resort area.

The complex was inaugurated in 1935 when King Carol II attended the opening ceremony of this entertainment destination. This moment marked a turning point in the development of Romanian coastal tourism.

During the interwar years, the complex served as a modern leisure destination with a restaurant, beach cabins, and a distinctive maritime bar accessible by a walkway extending into the sea.
