The Church of Saint Anthony of Padua features a monumental rotunda structure made of red brick with a cylindrical bell tower reaching 52 meters.
The Franciscan order established the parish in 1925, and architect Jože Plečnik designed the church, which was constructed between 1929 and 1931.
The main altar contains a bronze sculpture by Ivan Meštrović depicting Saint Anthony holding the infant Jesus Christ, reflecting regional artistic traditions.
The church holds regular services at Bregalnička 14, with mass conducted on weekdays at 7:30 AM and 6 PM, and on Sundays at 10 AM and 6 PM.
The circular building has a diameter of 25 meters and rises to 17.5 meters, incorporating galleries that maximize natural light throughout the interior space.
