The Revenue House of the Moscow Merchants Society is a six-story building at the corner of Solyanka and Zabelina streets with classical architectural elements. The lower levels housed retail spaces while the upper floors contained apartments, and two basement levels run beneath the structure.

Built between 1912 and 1915 by architects V. V. Sherwood, I. A. German, and A. E. Sergeev as an investment property for the merchant society, the building became an important commercial and residential structure. It reflects the prosperity of Moscow's merchant class during the early 20th century.

The building displays neoclassical features with monumental forms and ornate decorations on its facade, reflecting the taste of wealthy merchants. These architectural details remain visible today and shape the character of the street.
