Lubashinsky Garden is a public park of 13 hectares in the Kalininsky District featuring walking paths and landscaped areas throughout its grounds. A 2019 renovation added a musical fountain with lighting effects, a pedestrian bridge, a granite gazebo, sports facilities, and children's playgrounds.
History
The park was established in the 1960s and takes its name from the former Lubashinsky Avenue, which is now integrated into Metallistov Avenue. This naming reflects a period when the area was developing and reshaping its urban layout.
Culture
A memorial cross marks where a former church once stood on these grounds. The garden also displays a sculpture of an angel created by Roman Shustrov, linking the space to its spiritual past.
