Stora Blecktornet, Historical building in Södermalm, Stockholm, Sweden.
The stone structure features two distinctive towers and stands prominently on a hill in the Södermalm district of Stockholm.
Built in 1856 under architect Vilhelm Diurberg's direction, the building transformed from a simple octagonal tower into a winterized stone residence.
Ferdinand Boberg and his wife Anna, notable Swedish figures, lived in Stora Blecktornet from 1930 to 1935, adding an art studio in the north tower.
Visitors can access the building every Wednesday between 18:00 and 21:00, with the entrance located near Södermannagatan street.
The name derives from an old bleaching house connected to the Barnängen textile factory that previously operated in the area.
